4 brownies come packaged in a little box.
Packed with flavour. Much better than the Freefrom range in my opinion.

6 pancakes come in this pack.

They are more like a a sweet muffin than a pancake. The texture was a bit dry and way too sweet for my liking.

Its so easy to make fresh pancakes with the Juvela GF flours I’d recommend you make your own all you need is some eggs GF self raising flour and a large non stick pan.

I really enjoyed the Herald ale, and in my opinion ( I still drink real lager occasionally) Pioneer seems to me to taste a bit too oakey to be considered a ‘lager beer’
I tried it at room temperature and also cold from the fridge, neither temperature seemed to help me appreciate this beer as much as the others.

I’d suggest you try it - if you drank lager before being cutting out the grain.
Maybe I’m being too fussy here? Anyone else tried this and want to comment?

Another fine beer from Greens. I found the flavour quite strong and very convincing.
A good substitute for the darker beers.

Unhealthy food hits the gluten free market!

I tried these for my lunch today and I have to say I feel worse for it! After cooking these from frozen on a baking tray I then removed them from the oven and extracted them from the quarter pint of fat that was left on the tray!

I was not impressed with the bleached processed chicken mush coated in breadcrumbs and the oooz that came out of it.

Not recommended Unless you like to eat junkfood!

Gallo Sauvignon Blanc, a nice fresh wine flavour with lemony overtones.
We drank this with a Malaysian fish curry (Tuna) excellent.

I have been on many Ski holidays and have found some companies cater for special diets pretty well.

Ski Esprit are one company that offer holidays for families with childcare requirements but are not suitable for individuals/ couples, their sister company Ski Total cover the other end of the spectrum offering accommodation suited to adult groups.

A holiday with Esprit in Val Gardena, Italy was excellent this January giving me no room for complaint! Matt the chef was great ensuring I was catered for at all times, even to the point of cooking gluten free cake for afternoon tea.

The skiing in Val Gardena was pretty decent too, if you enjoy a relaxed resort, though not very challenging but great for the kids.

Food in the valley was good with a reasonable choice on most menus.

More on this later.
